What you share
Our quote form collects your name, email, phone number, contact preference, and the project information you choose to provide, including an optional investment range and referring client's name.
How your inquiry is used
Your inquiry is stored in our website's protected project records. Authorized administrators use it to review your space and goals, prepare a proposal, and follow up through your preferred contact method. Giving permission to discuss an inquiry is separate from joining our newsletter.
Scheduling services
Our consultation calendar is provided by Calendly, and our separate service appointment form is provided by Google Forms. Information submitted through those services is handled under their respective privacy policies.
Questions or corrections
To ask about your inquiry information, correct it, or request its deletion, email hello@rootedandrefinedspaces.com. Please avoid sending sensitive documents, access codes, payment card details, or other information not needed to discuss your project.
